 President: Kenneth D. Spaulding, P.E.

Kenneth D. Spaulding, P.E., is employed by MECA Engineering Corporation of America with 40 years of design and engineering experience in storm sewers, sanitary sewers, foundations, bridges, industrial equipment structures and walkways. He is Past President of the Dunes Chapter and the Calumet Chapter and has served as ISPE Northwest Region Vice President and Vice President.

Secretary: Donald C. Fulk, P.E.

Donald C. Fulk, P.E., graduated from Purdue with a BSME degree in 1950. He retired June 1993 from F&G Engineers, Inc., a mechanical and electrical consulting engineering firm that was established in 1964. He received his PE license in 1955 and has been a member of NSPE since 1967.

Treasurer: Mark O. Pitts, P.E.

Mark O. Pitts, P.E., is Vice President of Mussett, Nicholas and Associates, an engineering and architectural firm. He has been with the firm for 30 years and during that time has done electrical engineering and lighting design for various types of buildings. He has served as a volunteer with the Central Indiana Chapter Mathcounts program.

Immediate Past President: Herbert W. Craig, P.E.

Herbert W. Craig, P.E., is a Vice-President of JWP/Hyre Electric Co. of Indiana, an electrical contractor specializing in all phases of electrical construction. He was a Journeyman Electrician I.B-E.W. He has an Associates Degree in EET from Thronton College Jr., a B.S. Degree in Interdisciplinary Engineering from Purdue Calumet and has done graduate work in EE at IIT.

Past President: John F. Bowers, Jr., P.E.

John F. Bowers, Jr., P.E., worked for many years as a facilities engineer with Ratheon Technical Services Company at the former Naval Avionics Center, Indianapolis. He is currently employed at Ghafari Associates. A 1969 graduate of Rice University (Bachelor of Arts and Master of Mechanical Engineering), he served five years in the Navy as a nuclear trained submarine officer and then spent twelve years as a plant engineer at Evans Milling Company (a dry process corn mill) prior to his present employment.
